At NADA Show 2026, the biggest highlights included data, AI, and how dealerships can connect the two to deliver the best customer experience. During Gubagoo’s interview with CBT, Title and Vrablik shared how Curator, Gubagoo’s Unified Intelligence Engine, is helping dealerships clean, unify, and activate their data.
Connected Data Empowers Everyone
“Curator provides the ability to take unstructured data and structure it so you can unify the customer information,” Title says, early on in the interview. But the key here is how easy it is to access. As the data is cleaned, it’s injected directly into the CRM, DMS, and CDP, unifying the customer’s story.
With everything connected, Curator ensures every department is working from the same accurate and up-to-date customer information. The result: fewer duplicates, more relevant follow-up, and a single source of truth for every customer interaction.
“Keeping that data clean and updated is so vitally important,” said Vrablik. “[If you] forget about somebody, they’re already onto somebody else.”

“It’s been great for us,” said Vrablik. “It’s a lot of audiences you can build and some things you don’t usually think about. We’ve had a lot of benefits from that and taking advantage of both sales and service.”
Across Nielsen’s fourteen dealerships and dozen brands, Curator helps the team identify customers returning to the market, re-engage lost buyers and market to them in a better way, and maintain consistent communication across every store. “When somebody has a really good idea at one store, you can spread that out to the rest as well. I like the fact that we have a lot of uniformity between the group.” Vrablik added.

One of Curator’s biggest advantages is that it meets salespeople where they already work: the CRM.
Adding more data isn’t enough to move the needle. That’s why Curator integrates actionable insights into the CRM’s customer profiles, “removing siloes,” like Title says. Sales and service staff don’t need another login, they can access the unified data from the platform they already use.
The impact of accessible data extends beyond convenience. By making customer insights accessible, dealerships are lowering marketing costs and increasing their retention rate. “This software really helps you keep them at a lower cost of doing business,” Vrablik said.
Data in Action: The Road Ahead
Title emphasized that Curator isn’t just a flashy tool trying to add something new, but it’s the answer to connecting everything you’re already using, “We really tried to bridge a gap between the three core systems that the dealership uses, and Curator really is that bridge.”
But what’s next? Title didn’t have much to share yet, but expressed optimism for the rest of the year. “2026 is a big year for Reynolds with innovation and all the things we’ll bring out. And we have a lot more to surprise the industry with in a few short months.”
